We aim to ship all orders received before 1pm on the same business day. Orders received after 1pm will be shipped the following business day. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Packages up to 2kg which fit within the Royal Mail Small Parcel format will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class or equivalent. Packages heavier or larger than this will be shipped by overnight courier.

The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping costs, combining multiple-item orders into a single package where possible. Orders over £25 ship free!

Sorry, but at present we can only automatically (through the website) ship to the UK, but watch this space for forthcoming expansion into other regions. In the interim, if you wish to purchase any of our products and live outside of the UK then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
